By accessing or using redthrd's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
redthrd provides an AI-powered platform for Microsoft 365 adoption and personalised learning journeys. Our service integrates with your Microsoft 365 environment to analyze usage patterns and deliver targeted learning content.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your credentials
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You grant us the necessary permissions to access Microsoft 365 usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
redthrd and its licensors retain all rights to the service, including all software, content, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your data.
6. Service Level
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers may have separate SLA agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, redthrd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data deleted per our retention policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
