How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of active users in your organisation. We only charge for users who are actively tracked and receiving learning journeys.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial for Starter and Professional plans. No credit card required to start.
What's included in the implementation?
All plans include guided onboarding, Microsoft Graph API setup assistance, and initial journey configuration. Enterprise plans include dedicated implementation support.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What data do you access?
We access anonymised M365 usage data through the Microsoft Graph API. We never access email content, document contents, or personal files.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We're hosted on Azure with SOC 2 Type II compliance. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We support Azure AD SSO and role-based access control.
