When you sign in via Azure AD, we receive your name, email address, and organisation details necessary to provide our service.
Usage Data
We access aggregated, anonymised Microsoft 365 usage data through the Microsoft Graph API to personalize learning journeys. We do not access:
- Email content or attachments
- Document contents
- Personal files
- Chat messages
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize our service
- To generate AI-powered learning recommendations
- To measure adoption and improvement

Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, Azure AD integration, and role-based access control. Our platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure with SOC 2 Type II compliance.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon termination, data is deleted within 90 days.
